Thank you for confirming with the DxO charts there is virtually no difference between APS and M43 in IQ (although there is much more that goes in to IQ).

Sure, if you selectively choose "the DxO charts [where] there is virtually no difference between APS-C and M43 in IQ..."

I didn't choose those.

Unless I'm mistaken, you omitted the first chart (SNR 18%) when you quoted Greg's post. That's what I was talking about.

Those were all Greg's charts and I accidentally chopped off the SNR one (still very similar).  And really for low light the DR chart is just as important since it will equate to amount of shadow noise.

Or you can bracket the price of the E-M1 with two (admittedly less-"pro") Nikons, the D7100 and the D610, and see how the measurements work out.

The D7100 charts would be very similar, but have you ever held the massive D7100? Not fun.

I think "massive" is a bit of an exaggeration there, but it's certainly subjective.

The charts are noticeably better.

The K50 and D7100 charts are very similar same except the K50 has the weird hump.  The D7100 has a little more DR at low ISOs and the E-M1 and K50 are almost even at most ISOs.
