Indeed !

There wasn't a huge difference , looking only at the body , in size or weight , between some smaller DSLRs and my K-01 .

The main difference is that it is not a DSLR , so with a compact lens mounted you look much less conspicuous in some situations where you might not wish to take a full size 'professional looking' DSLR . Also , with the pancake lens fitted it IS much smaller than my K-3 , even with a smaller prime or zoom fitted , and much closer in image quality in lower light than my Canon G11
