Heron Shots with a-6000 and 55-210 lens
2

I'm still struggling with BIF's, especially on smaller birds but when I was at the pond the other day the herons decided to put on a show so at least I got a few shots of them.

I was switching around focus modes and focus areas quite a bit and was disappointed to note, when I got home, that my EXIF data showing up in Adobe Bridge doesn't indicate which mode or area is in use for the different shots. Does the camera record this? And if so, does anyone know how to extract that info? It would certainly be a help in determining what method works best.

I've never before seen two herons flying in tandem like this.

Taking Off

Nice Catch

A bit more than a mouthful
