The 12-50 is a jack of all trades, so don't expect anything great from it.

If you are into portraits, the Oly 75 f/1.8 is a great choice. It is not weather sealed. Pricey but really one of the sharpest M4/3 lenses out there.

The 12-40 f/2.8 is a great weather sealed lens. Good reviews on it, but not sure if it is any good for portraits.

The next choice would be the Oly 60mm Macro f/2.8. Weather sealed and is also a highly regarded lens

The Panasonic 45 f/1.8 is also a well regarded portrait lens, not sure about the weather sealing though.

If you had  the cash, I would recommend the 12-40 and the 75.
