Assign dials/buttons and view specs in viewfinder?

I'm looking for either a large sensor compact or a mirrorless - preferably around 1000 USD , give or take some. Less would be nicer of course.

Much prefer a viewfinder. One where while looking thru it one can see ISO, f-stop and shutter speed. Also with dials and or buttons you can assign these settings to.

What fits this criteria? I'd even settle for two out of three. View finder and controls assigned to buttons and dials.

This seems to be what I miss most on non dslr cameras.
So far I only know of the Fuji x100s and x-t1
