Fireworks with Quattro

All but one cropped due to distance to fireworks.  I shot Tripod, MF, M f13/f2.5/4/6 sec iso100).  I used bracketing - 3 shots -.7/0/+.7.  What I found out was that in order to get all 3 shots you need to keep your finger on the shutter button until all 3 were shot..  If you stop early, the next time you depress it, it starts from where you left off.  Lots of "curley q's" due to this.  I haven't shot burst mode/bracketing so I don' t know if this is normal.  I would think that you would just have to push the shutter button once to get all 3.
