Is the Quattro sensor designed for 4K video production?

I just occurred to me that we may see a 4K video capable Sigma camera soon, because the dimensions of the Quattro sensor would work perfectly for the 4K format. (Pixel-binning the 7,680×4,320 format JPEG images 2x2 down to 1/4 size or 3840x2160 would seemingly work just right, if it can be done quickly enough. That is the exact format of consumer 4K or UHDTV.) I believe Sigma might add 4K video to their next DSLR, when they add live view, because a DSLR will have the extra battery power necessary (especially if the DSLR has a battery grip added). Does anyone else think this is likely?
