How to get Leica M Film Mode setting from DNG file?

I really enjoy using Leica  film mode setting especially the "Black and white" , however, I something would want to shoot in DNG so that I have more freedom in post processing.

1. so when I shoot in DNG+ Jpeg mode, is there a way for my to get my DNG to look like my Jpeg ? I tried to mimic it with LR and save it as preset, but so far, Leica's jpeg still looks better than my tuned DNG.

2. If I shoot DNG only, and set the camera to film mode, i.e. black n white, the DNG file would of course still be colour and as RAW as it should be . So does it mean , the film mode setting does nothing to my picture, other than the in camera preview?

Thanks in advance....
