Why DXO overall scores are meaningless

No.  They have said already that they compute the scores from the base ISO of each camera.   In the perspective of maximum image quality possible, then their philosophy/weighting is pretty much agreeable.....and there is no "real" ISO 50 for the 1Dx.

I don't know of any other way to make one meaningful number to describe the capabilities of the sensor, and of course, that number isn't everything for readers/audience of dpreview.
