A7 vs 6D in low light

The 6D have a low light score slightly better (around 4% better) than the A7 on DXO website, but the difference regarding the JPGs is huge - at the same high ISO, the 6D seems to have the edge by a huge margin in front of the A7. Its images are a lot cleaner, while the A7 seems to be noisier. Almost the same difference is in case of the RAW files. Why is that? The JPG processing is different? The RAWs are cooked with noise reduction? Their sensors should perform pretty the same in low light, though the gap is huge. Can this gap be cancelled by using some smart RAW converters with the A7? Can I obtain the same clean output in low light, like with the 6D? If yes, which RAW converter would be the best? The noise reduction should be made with the same software or with a separate, different software?
