Shutter delay when taking pictures with flash
Jun 28, 2014

I have Fuji X-T1 and I use Fuji EF-42 with it in mostly TTL mode and I've noticed that no matter what setting I use there is a significant delay between when I press the shutter button and when the actual picture is taken. I have tried this in both manual exposure mode as well as in aperture priority but result is the same. If I turn off the flash, everything works as expected.

Has anyone experience this issue? If so, how did you get around it? If not, then am I doing something wrong?
