5D Mk III - when to use iso 6400/12800 ? what low light conditions scenarios

5D3 being FF frame and I have seen reviews that it has good low noise iso of iso 6400/12800.

what are the low light conditions and scenarios where we can use these iso 6400/12800 to gain more shutter speed where the lends can do only 5.6 at 200/300mm
