fuji zoom lens advice
I currently have a 18-55 xf zoom lens on an EX-1 and am very pleased with the lens. I want to get a more powerful zoom and here is where my questions are.
The xf55-200 is already available and is supposed to be a good lens. The xc5-230 is available, cheaper, lighter but still pretty good with a greater focal length.
Is the current new offerin, the 18-135 zoom, better than the 18-55 at the same focal lengths, and is it better than the 55-200 over the 55-135 range.
I am asking because I want to spend wisely and once for a lens. I don't want to overlap focal lengths if at all possible.
And I actually am hoping that the "super telephoto" on the fujifilm lens road map will complement what ever set of zooms I will end up having. Any insight and suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks Norm
