50D developing Err 30, what to do?

Hi, my 5-year+ old 50D has recently been getting Err 30 quite often. It has only about 51,000 shutter counts, just half of its life expectancy. It goes away if I turn the camera off, wait a bit, and turn it back on. But this is rather concerning. I mostly shoot in high speed continuous, AI Servo mode.

Any suggestions as to what I should do?
