IR photo with 60d and 720nm filter

I've got a Canon 60d and a Cokin P. 007 (720nm). Trying to take IR photos with white grass/trees, but i've given up a hundred times the last year. With the filter on, i take a photo of green grass de-focused (tried with different exposures), and set it as a custom white balance. When i try to take IR photo with this procedure i get this:

Tried different exposures and iso's etc. What am i doing wrong? Seems the white balance is way off, shouldn't the greens get white?

Canon EOS 60D
