Good workflow for reviewing raw+jpg then easily deleting bad shots?

I have an X-T1 and tend to shoot raw+jpg.

Can anyone recommend a good workflow for reviewing shots for 'keepers' after a shoot?

I was reviewing my shots in Photoninja, but it can take a while to go through each image as it processes the raw.

Also, in photo ninja, despite flagging the images,i presumed i could then just select the non flagged files and move them/delete them, but selecting them all and trying to drag them to another folder in PN does nothing?! It lets you make a new folder though?!

Basically, i'd like a quick way to view the raw+jpg ( presumeably by it loading the jpg instead) then when i know while ones i don't want to keep, i'd like it to delete the jpg+raw so i don't have to manually go out and delete the raw as well.

or, maybe i'm going about it completely the wrong way. What do you guys do after a shoot?

cheers
