X-trans sensor: best WB settings for good skin tones?

I realize that there are many posts out there about skin tones. I just got an XT1 -- sold all my Canon 5Dii gear. Question: for jpegs what do you find are the best WB settings for getting accurate skin tones? I'm specifically referring to the Red/Blue shift that you can customize in the white balance menu.

I know this depends on both the film style (ex. provia) that's chosen and the white balance option (ex. shade), but all said, what is your go to setting? So for example, for outside cloudy day portraits: Velvia, Shade: R+4, B+2?

Many thanks -- just trying to speed up the learning curve here : )
