Is the GH4 e-shutter mode 10 bit only?

In this thread:

http://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/53300241

There is a discussion that seems to demonstrate that the GM1 gives you a 10bit Raw file when its shot in electronic shutter mode.

Now that the GH4 cameras are out in the field, has anyone done any testing or found out for certain whether the GH4 does the same thing, i.e. it shoots in 12bit raw in normal shutter mode, but drops to 10 bit when engaging the e-shutter mode?

There is a pdf file of what seems to be the sensor used in the GH4:

http://www.semicon.panasonic.co.jp/ds8/c3/IS00006AE.pdf

Its a bit sparse on detailed info, but it seems to indicate that it can do an e-shutter read of 10bits @ 22.5 fps.

However there is also a different section (Output frame rate per second) that also has this 10bit @ 22.5 fps mentioned, but here it additionally quotes a 12 bit @ 14.7 fps mode.

Does the GH4 allow a fast and a slow sensor read mode when using the e-shutter ?

Any info appreciated.
