K-30 looks a natural option with focus peaking.

I m also seeing K-x for half of the price of K-30.
No focus peaking available in K-x.But, not able
guess how painful it will be to use manual lenses
with K-x.

It will be helpful if anybody has experience in using
manual lenses with K-x or K-r.

I have a couple of manual lenses I shoot on my K-x (the A50/1.7 and an off-brand 135mm). They aren't at all painful to use -- the green button makes it pretty easy, in fact. Even though I find 50 mm to be a strange focal length on an APS-C sensor, some of my better shots have come from the that lens.

Having said that, I think the folks who are recommending a body with focus peaking are steering you in the right direction. It makes sense to me to spend the little bit extra to have that feature.
