D7100 + 18-105vr uneven sequence at full M

These are crops of the sky from a sequence of ten shots. There are actually two samely exposed strips to the right (the beginning of the sequence) and then it goes to the left overexposing every other one.

Shot at M iso200 1/640s F8 12bit lossy raw-only a directly converted by NX without any profile applied.

I shot six "hold the button down" sequences today and three of them have it, three don't. This sequence is the most significant one, since it has a nice regular pattern. The other two are like ok-ok-ok-over-ok-ok-ok.

It is in the raw and the difference is about 0,21EV.

Any ideas?
