Sure, if you are willing to give up the IQ advantage of FF by shooting at 4x ISO and paying more for the body-lens combination than you would for MFT. It's a great choice if you like paying more for the same thing.

How much does a 17.5/1.0 with fast AF cost for 4/3?

A lot less than a 35/1.0 for FF.
