Is there a lightweight substitute for an on camera SB800 for the FP hack?

An SB 800 set to FP works perfectly to trigger off camera manual flashes set at 1/1 power at shutter speeds of 1/8000 but the weight is a nuisance. Can the SB800 be replaced by a lighter gadget (transceiver) -preferably cheaper than a pocket wizard- ? YN-622 TX with YN 622N?

Would the new Cactus V6 + Cactus V5 work?

Advice would be very much appreciated.
