Very possibly. Any system has its inherent failing - usually the the person pushing the button.

I shoot both systems and rarely rely on the Oly IBIS. The m43 gear is particularly good for lightweight hiking but the output from the X Pro 1 is simply exceptional and in my opinion superior in most situations.

People who dismiss the brand on such simplistic levels are patently ignorant - no shortage of these types to be found in these forums.
