"Upgrading" from E-M5 to E-P5: handling concerns
May 16, 2014

Was thinking to swap my E-M5 - an excellent camera indeed - for an E-P5 given that it has focus peaking, VF-4 (which I make use of on the E-M5 too, but it looks definitely chunky on the "hump"), new '0 sec Anti-Shock' option, Wi-Fi and so on.

One thing that leaves me hesitant is E-P5 handling: I read its grip is not so great, whereas the E-M5, which "naked" is not so brilliant too, can always accept the HLD-6 battery grip.

I do not make use of special large lenses, sometimes a Panasonic 14-140mm (first version), but that's it.

Would it be a wise move, or will I end with regretting the OM-D?

Thank you and ciao!
