Sony DSC-RX100 - Basic RAW Questions

I've had my Sony DSC-RX100 for a couple of years now and I've been happily shooting JPEGs with it. However, I want to start shooing in RAW mode instead, so that I can get better results using Adobe Lightroom 5. So I have a few questions, if that's OK.

The DSC-RX100 has a setting called Creative Style. Does this have any affect on RAW photos? For example, if I set the Sharpness to +2, will my RAW photos look sharper, or does the Creative Style setting only affect JPEGs?

The DSC-RX100 has a setting called D-Range Optimizer. Again, does this have any affect on RAW photos? For example, if I set it to Auto will my RAW photos look any different?

Finally, I opened up one of my RAW photos (DSC02280.ARW) in Apple Preview 6.0.1, and I noticed it has an Adobe RGB (1998) color profile. Is this standard/normal for RAW photos? All of my JPEG photos (taken with the DSC-RX100) have an sRGB IEC61966-2.1 colour profile.

Thanks for your help.
