help!!!!! magenta pasteurization in my a6000 photos!

Loving the a6000 but I'm kind of worried about this photo, it seems like i have a lot of magenta noise/posterization in the cloud area above the mountains on the right so much that i can't even use it in post. i took it hand held for three exposers for a HDR and this is the middle exposer, so i just turned it into a jbeg so i could show you guy a example is this just because of the cheep 16-50 kit lens? is it that bad? or is this a sensor issue? i noticed a spot would this cause the effect? Heres the photo, any feedback would be awesome thanks!

and heres a cropped version
