A6000 low light AF
May 13, 2014

I was all set on buying the new A6000. Even bought me a Sigma 30mm already. However this video has made me question my choice: http://youtu.be/eD52Fgb61QE

Low light AF is one of the main points in choosing my new camera (besides compactness/weight). I was initially interested in buying the SEL35, but decided to go for a second hand Sigma 30mm first. I can always spend more money later

For the people who own a A6000: What are your experiences with a A6000 and low light AF speeds? Good? Better than previous NEX camera's, but still worst compared to a DSLR/DSLT?

For everyone: does the comment of Labebotamaslinda have any merit?

Should I go for the A6000 or perhaps a MFT (like the E-M10) for AF Speeds in low light situations? Leaving out the 'depends-on-what-lens-you-use-argument'. Compare a MFT and the A6000 with both the Sigma 30mm for example.
