70D video file question

Took some video today.  It was about 18-20 minutes of continuous shooting.  My 70D broke the file up into several files, about 6.5 minutes each.  I'm using a 32 GB Class 10 Transcend card.  Any particular reason it did that?  I thought the time limit was supposed to be just under 30 minutes for a single file, is that not right?

Thanks!
