Thanks Jones... That is quite a system,

And thanks PP- I had read where retailers have been charged in Britain for selling returned items! That is strict.

I am worried, as of course we can see, about the B&M's. While some people see this as non related, I just can't appreciate it in  the vacuum they have placed it- here in the states. I see it as an added burden on them that they may not be able to absorb in nearly the way a national retailer could. That is why I simply ask that they do the same that they do in other countries- don't allow the gov't to favor one company over another.

Amazon does not have to have a display model- they force that cost on the B&M's. and when an item is returned they have a larger market to sell it to.
