Which sensor size will be extinct in 10-15 years?

There are so many sensor sizes that have been created over the years for various form factors and various reasons. Now that we are able to make full frame mirrorless cameras and large sensor compacts, I assume that the need for all these different formats is no longer being driven by limited battery and electronics technology.

What do you guys think?
