I didn't understand the OP to suggest that a Pentax 645Z would make him a better photographer. There is the potential for his images to have better IQ had he shot these with a 645Z regardless of what you think of his compositions.

Who knows what triggers a person's step to the next level as a photographer, a tongue lashing by RedFox88 or getting behind the viewfinder of a 645Z and seeing the world open up.

BTW, it is obvious you don't understand digital imaging. 36 MPs could benefit stone cold newbies, albeit in different ways than an advanced photographer might use the resolution.
