no way was I expecting it to compare with MF . . not in the least. Or SLR. I was just expecting more than I'm getting. My mistake. I can actually take it back or sell it. Live and learn. Thanks!

I think a NEX 3N and Sigma 19 would be cheaper, still jacket pocketable, and would give you closer to what you're expecting. Not sure what you're shooting, so there might be better options for lens or body, but this is generally assuming you're shooting landscape/street.
