Thanks Chris! The monk unintentionally helped me out with this result.

He was trying to get out of my way and was doing a big arc to the left of me when the exit was to the right.

I kept taking even more steps back so he couldn't walk around me but he persisted so I finally squeezed a frame and laughed out loud and acknowledged his triumph of not wanting to be photographed I think I'm very lucky shooting the Cambodian people as so much of it is fun and games and genuine smiles.

As for titles...I think commute and commuting sounds like an expression for urban times and this looks just rural. It is more like a state of time/passage - end of the day, after hours.

The monk probably lives within the temple complex so he was just out for an errand or meeting.
