Noise wouldn't be the result of shooting technique unless you're underexposing and pushing ISO unnecessarily. I would expect in that lighting to be able to shoot at base ISO. It looks like you're at 1/320 and ISO 320 at 70mm. Why such a high shutter speed with a static subject?

What is your issue with the attached photo? I don't see a noise problem.
