Yes 2 1/2 stops. I was leaving on a trip and it was the only seven 5 soft ND grad in stock in UK. I like it and use it on sunrises/ sunsets a lot. Sometimes I use both 0.6 hard and 0.75 soft  with seascape sunrise/ sunsets putting the hard grad right on the horizon and the soft grad darkening the a bit of the sea close to the horizon which tends to be bright as well. I also bracket the shots and blend the images together.

I have just bought a little stopper ( 6 stops) and am going to North West Scotland for a week, I like water shot in the 0.1 to 1 sec range and can get this using the 0.6 and 0.75 ND grads pushed down so that they cover all/ most of the frame but this can cause some flare. I will post some shots when I return.
