What's the smallest-sensor photo to ever win a major award?

I've been reading a lot about sensor sizes lately. Upon seeing the "12 stunning images from Smithsonian's photography contest" in DPR's home page, I just made a link between the two topics and got real curious:

What's the smallest-sensor photo to ever win a major award? (Of course I'm talking about the size of the sensor in the camera used to take the photo, just to be clear for pedantic readers)

My question is limited to contests that are open to any type of camera or photographer, and well-known enough to have tens of thousands of entrants. So your local club's "best mobile photo of the month" competition doesn't count.

Thanks
