E-M1: Explain Anti-shock settings in v1.3 firmware?

I understand shutter shock conceptually.  I can see the settings for Anti-shock in the camera menus and in the drive mode choices, but am perplexed about how best to use it.  What timing value would you select, and why?  And under what conditions?  Do you just leave it on all the time?

Thanks.
