Filter holder vignetting/ND grad recommendations?

I'm interested in trying some graduated ND filters for landscape work. What I worry about is the filter holders causing vignetting on wide angle lenses, having read reviews where folks say they have to zoom in to 20 mm or even higher to avoid vignetting. I'd like to be able to get down to the 9 mm or 11 mm range (for the 4/3 9-18 and 11-22) Are any of the holder systems capable of this?

A related question, any recommendations for a way to do this at a reasonable price? Say, under $200 US, or am I living in a fantasy world?
