Typically ISO 100 with caveats

The lowest (non-extended) ISO possible gives the best image quality. Typically this is ISO 100. The reason is that the more light you collect, the better the image's signal-to-noise-ratio will be, ie. the less noise there will be.

If you need to stop motion or camera shake, you may be adviced to use a higher ISO.
