I'm so used to f 2.8 from my other two lenses and my former FZ200.

However, what you have to realize is how insanely wide the DOF is on a 7MM M43 lens.

If you focus 10ft away at f4 (the lowest f stop) everything between 2.2ft to infinity will be in focus. So essentially at f4 everything is in focus.

I was completely unaware of this! Thanks for pointing it out. One less thing to deliberate about in the field.
