I'm seeing the same thing as well and I have to agree, it does look like some sort of reflection. You can also make it out on the bottom middle focus point, as someone else mentioned, depending on how you look through the viewfinder. Nothing to worry about.

Yes never use to see it, till someone mentioned it. Lucky it dont effect photos.
