Just one tip!

Your photos show that you already understand the key points - foreground, emphasis of distance and all-embracing view. Just keep practicing!

The one tip (without reading the rest of this thread) that I would make is - keep the camera level unless you want to emphasise vertical distortion.  The slightest tilt upwards or downwards makes the verticals converge, and that is at best a distraction.

Or else deliberately emphasise the verticals:
