lens recommendation for Greece
Apr 20, 2014

Hi all!

We're going to Greece this summer.  My daughter is a huge Greek mythology buff and wants to go to all the temples, etc. she's read about.  I'm a bit scared of being mugged so I probably won't take my a99 and will take my a550 instead.  Could some of you recommend which lens I should take along.  I am definitely taking my 50mm.  I think I'll need a zoom, but I only want to take 1.  Should I take the Sony 55-200, Sony 18-135, or the Minolta secret handshake?  I'd like to take a pic of my daughter in her Greek costume (portrait-thinking 50mm here) and a few shots further back showing the entire temple/ruins/Mt. Olympus, etc. (thinking zoom, but can't decide which).

Thanks for your help!
