Yes... it is.

Dpreview told us they cannot review every camera made, and we all realize this is true. They said they only review the ones that are the most interesting for their readers, or the most innovative. This is why unusual cameras like the Lytro light field camera get attention, and "yet another 3X zoom compact camera" does not.

The implication of this is that the cameras they decline to review must be the least interesting, least innovative, and relatively ordinary. This doesn't mean they aren't good or even great cameras. They just aren't the ones their readers want to know more about.

Those that aren't reviewed can be assumed to be "good, but very ordinary."
