Shoot JPG + RAW to force 3:2 aspect for RAWs in Lightroom?

I just got my new X20 today and love it.  It reminds me of my X100S and the image quality is great for a compact.  Anyway, I noticed the sensor is 4:3 and if I shoot raw ONLY, there's no way to tell the camera or Lightroom that I want 3:2 aspect (without cropping).  However, if I shoot small jpg in-camera plus raw (throw away the jpg files later), the camera then lets me set 3:2 aspect and even the raw files are seen as 3:2 when imported into Lightroom so I don't have to do any cropping to get the 3:2.

I assume that's the only way to do this if I want 3:2 for the raw files without cropping in Lightroom.  It's a little bit of a nuisance, but I'll be ok.
