Nesting Herons taken with 7D and 400mm f5.6

Following my recent post of Herons taken with the 7D and 100-400mm, I have now purchased a 400mm f5.6 and revisited the local Herons. The lighting was not good but the 400mm works well on the 7D with a higher success rate than my 100-400mm.
