DSLR to M4/3 why ?

My DSLR is 6 years old and I have a rake of lenses for it, based on any DSLR specification it's time for me to upgrade it for the improved sensors alone.

I have looked at M4/3 from time to time, I didn't like the Panasonic cameras as until recently they had no in-body stabilisation which kind of limited the lenses you could use and I didn't like Olympus Pen cameras because they had no viewfinder which I think is essential.

With the arrival of the OM-D range with built in viewfinders that has changed, and I'm wondering whether I should move from APS-C to M4/3. I could talk myself into either the M5 or M10 but not the M1 it's too expensive for me.

I can see the weight advantage as every "improvement" to a DSLR seems to make it heavier, but what else has M4/3 going for it.
