Even more impressive he shot at 1/10sec f/4 which is EV 7 near enough; as he shot at ISO12800 this is equivalent to an EV100 (EV at ISO100 which I believe RF sensitivity is referenced) figure of 0 rather than 2. But I could be wrong of course.
