I took this at the Hastings (Vic, Aust) cemetery way, way back pre-m43! I liked the individuality of the grave stone, the fact that it represented the third or fourth generation in the cemetery, and the reflections I was able to get in the polished stone.

Looks as though he loved that Chevvy!

There is an interesting graveyard at Kangaroo Ground, north-east of Melbourne. I was browsing there one day and came across an family named "Mess", which terminated around 1900. Subsequently, there was a new line, "Ness". Yes, they had changed their name, folks, because they got sick of the jokes!

In fact, I went to a school with a member of the Ness family. I remember her as a most tidy little person.
