thx for the additional informations. AF will not be issue because my main use will be using only a manual focus lens from Nikon . As I see it on Amazon, both a6000 and gx7 are somewhat same price, which fits perfect on my budget.

Consider the crop factor on non-native lenses, which is 2X vs 1.5X, in your decision too.

Indeed, and a key consideration (and very personal too). Some simply love longer reach if that is their shooting style, some miss losing a wider view. I fit in the latter category. For example: Sony 135mm STF is one of my favorite lenses. It works great as a tele on my NEX-6 (200mm equiv) and an wonderful lens to use for portraits. However, for portraiture, it finds limited use on APSc body, the FOV is way too narrow (have to stand way out to use for portraits). Solution? Either FF body which returns it to its true glory, or a patch work using speedbooster. I took the latter and now it becomes more like a 140mm equiv lens and much more useful for portraits and also useful as a 200mm equiv lens otherwise.
